Comments

After a break of about 20 years, the band decided to work together again, but in the original line-up with the three of us!
The Cellar Studios in Sint Niklaas have been working hard on good songs for the past 4 years with strong lyrics.
The CD Midlife Moves (2019) contains 15 highly committed songs in which themes from the current world around us are central with strongly rhythmic "Move" music, with influences from the 80s and 90s not far away!

Themes like President Trump, #MeToo, The Environment, and of course Relationships, are served as an important side dish! The influence of singer Lisa Deblanck, who is also on stage life, lifts the songs to an even higher level, where charisma and melancholy are not shunned. Will be presented and offered for sale at the CD presentation of November 30, 2018, in the Harmonie in Oudenaarde! This live show is reinforced by some guest musicians who will give you the experience of MOVE MUSIC to the fullest!

The Serious Five “Midlife Moves” CD is released on Minority Records (Sublabel of Cricket Hill Music), 2019.
